Cost and Eligibility
- Medicare-Eligible Patients: There is no cost for Medicare patients who are referred to us for home healthcare services and meet the selection criteria.
- Other Patients: Individuals not eligible for Medicare may opt into the tele-monitoring program for a nominal fee.
